1. Who we are

Operation Futures ("we", "us") is the business trading as Operation Futures. These terms are the agreement between you and us. By taking the survey, joining, or using the community, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you. If we learn that a member is under 18, we will close the account and refund the current period.

3. What membership is

Membership gives you access to an educational community: a small group matched to your survey result, the teacher who runs that room, the session archive, and the wider community. Everything is included at one price. There is no second paywall and no upsell.

Membership is access to education and community. It is not a managed account, not portfolio management, and not personal advice.

4. What membership is not

We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not manage money for you, take custody of your funds, or place trades on your behalf. Nobody here is your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. See the financial disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

We make no promise about income, earnings, or results, and nothing in the community should be read as one.

5. Price, billing and renewal

Membership is $50 a month, plus any sales tax due for your location, which is calculated at checkout. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payment and billing are handled by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your card details.

We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and the new price will only apply from your next billing period. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it applies.

6. Canceling and refunds

You can cancel at any time through your Whop account or by emailing support. Canceling stops all future payments and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments already taken are not refunded. Membership is access to a live community, and all sales are final. The full position is in the refund policy, and nothing there removes any statutory right you have where you live.

7. Your account and access

Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login, your invite, or community material with anyone who is not a member. Do not record, republish, resell, or redistribute sessions or materials. We may end access without refund if you do.

8. Community conduct

Inside the community you must not: harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone; spam or solicit other members; promote your own products, referral links, or paid groups; hold yourself out as a licensed advisor when you are not; ask other members to send you money or manage money for them; or post anything unlawful.

We can remove content, remove members, or end access for breaches of this section, at our discretion.

9. Member content

Anything you post in the community remains yours, but you give us a license to host and display it as part of running the service. Anything a member posts is their own statement, not ours, and we do not verify it. We do not use member results or screenshots as marketing.

10. Our content

Sessions, recordings, written material, and the site itself belong to us or our teachers. While you are a member you have a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. That license ends when your membership ends.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the community running and the rooms staffed, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Teachers may change. Rooms may be reorganized. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; if we discontinue it entirely, we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.

12. Your responsibility for your own decisions

Every financial decision you make is yours. You are responsible for your own research, your own risk, and your own compliance with the laws and tax rules that apply to you. Trading and investing can lose you money, including everything you put in.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses you incur, for lost profits or lost opportunity, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your conduct in the community, or your misuse of the service.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email members before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
