Refund policy

Last updated: 2026

All payments are final

Membership buys immediate access to a live community, and you have it the minute you pay. Once a payment is taken it is not refunded, in whole or in part, including if you join and decide it is not for you, if you stop showing up, or if you forget to cancel before a renewal.

We say this plainly here, before you pay, so it is not a surprise afterwards.

You can cancel any time

Canceling is instant and there is no fee. Cancel from your Whop account or email support. Canceling stops all future payments.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not cut off the moment you cancel.

Renewals

Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. If you do not want to be charged again, cancel before your renewal date. A renewal that has already been taken is not refunded.

If we end your membership

If we close your account for breaching the terms, the current period is not refunded.

If we discontinue the service

If we shut the community down entirely, we will refund any period you have paid for and not received.

If a member turns out to be under 18

We close the account and refund the current period. Nobody under 18 should have been sold a membership in the first place, so that one is on us. This matches what the terms say.

Billing errors

This policy is about refunds, not mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after canceling, or charged an amount that looks wrong, email support with the date and amount and we will correct it. Please contact us before raising a chargeback. It is faster, and a chargeback closes your account automatically.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Some countries give buyers of digital services a cancellation or cooling-off right that a policy like this one cannot override, and where such a right applies to you, it still applies.
